The location of the room was very good, except that, with open window, you could not sleep, due to guest talking outside very late in the morning.

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr schönen Haus und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Stationär angebrachte Fliegenfenster sorgen dafür, dass einen die Plagegeister der Natur nicht belästigen.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption, die Täglich ab ca. 18:00 besetzt war, war sehr herzlich.
Bei Fragen zu Ausflügen und Verkehrsbedingungen (z.B. Zona "Trafico Limitato" - ZTL, ein Schreckgespenst beim Besuch von Städten und Ortschaften, das schnell einmal teuer werden kann) erhielt man hilfreiche Informationen und Auskünfte.
In der Wohnung gab es kleine Stellen (z.B. klemmende Toilettentür), die durch leichte Nachbesserungen beseitigt werden können

Prachtige villa in een schitterend oud complex bovenop een heuvel in het Toscaanse platteland. Wij zaten in het 8-persoons appartement (de villa), op de locatie waren nog 3-4 andere gezinnen maar voldoende ruimte voor privacy. Mooie, ruime kamers en hele mooie omgeving. Het zwembad was heerlijk en er was buiten voldoende ruimte.
De airco’s maakten veel herrie en hadden af en toe een storing, vervelend als het 40 graden is… De beheerder kon helpen om dit (provisorisch) op te lossen. Bij aankomst was de informatie voorziening vrij beperkt, pas bij navragen kregen we informatie over zaken als wifi code en nieuw linnen na de eerste week. Met een aantal kleine veranderingen (meer praktische informatie in de woning, klein welkomst geschenk zoals fles water/bubbels of fruit) zou net dat beetje extra gedaan kunnen worden waardoor het echt top zou zijn.
