Die Wohnung bietet viel Raum und Lebensqualität. Die liebevolle Einrichtung ist auch praktisch und sehr sorgfältig durchdacht. Es gibt einen Schlüsselsafe und der Code wird per Smartphone davor übermittelt. Frühstück gibt es in der Bar gleich 20 m weiter und zum Essen stehen zwei Restaurants in 50 m Distanz zur Verfügung. Wir konnten sogar frühzeitig die Heizung in Betrieb nehmen lassen, gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis für das Gas in der Vorsaison. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Nel cuore di Montecatini Val di Cecina, affacciato letteralmente sulla piazza del paese, ci siamo tornati anche quest'anno perchè ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Camere ampie, cucina ben attrezzata, bello il terrazzino con vista. Struttura promossa a pieni voti!

Przestronny apartament w sercu pięknego toskańskiego miasteczka, przy tętniącym życiem rynku - idealne dla tych, którzy lubią gwar i nocne życie.
W pobliżu dwa małe lokalne sklepiki, bar i restauracja.
20 minut autem do Volterry i większego sklepu samoobsługowego. 40 minut autem od morza.
Wokół sporo ścieżek do odkrycia. Niedaleko miasta rezerwat rzeki Cecina z pięknymi dzikimi plażami.
Lokalizacja przy rynku dla ceniących ciszę nie będzie odpowiednia. Bliskość baru powoduje, że hałas i rozmowy słychać do późnych godzin nocnych.
Stary kamienny dom nie daje wystarczająco ochłody nawet w nocy kiedy temperatura na zewnątrz osiąga 35 stopni- w domu nie ma nawet wiatraka.
Na balkonie przydałby się porządny parasol lub markiza - metalowe meble szybko nagrzewają się w toskańskim słońcu. Dodatkowo brak zadaszenia powoduje, że w upalne dni na tarasie można usiąść dopiero wieczorem.
Kilka elementów wyposażenia kuchni takich jak niektóre garnki i sztućce zasługuje już na wymianę.
W łazience warto zadbać o silikonowe wykończenia pod prysznicem - jest sporo pleśni.
