Surf's up at this newly renovated, vintage inspired home, in the Montauk Shores oceanfront complex. 132 Steps east to the secluded beach(I counted!), and a quick walk west to famous Ditch Plains beach.
Master + convertible 2nd bedroom (Leave living room open for large living area and 1 bedroom, or convert to 2nd bedroom and smaller living room area).
Parking, beach access, gas grill, outdoor dining, bathtub, concrete countertops, outdoor shower, pool, kiddie pool, playground.

The condo had recently been updated. It is small but the space was used so well. It included all the amenities you could need. Full kitchen, washer/dryer combo, dual sinks in bath. Decor was attractive. The owner was absolutely great! We managed 3 adults and 2 kids in this with no problem and we didn't have the best of weather so did spend a bit of time indoors. I highly recommend this property.
