Hotel Vila Zeus

We spent one night after arriving to Tirana after midnight. It was easy to find it. The rooms could be renovated, but they were very clean. The staff is nice and the breakfast is good quality.

I recently reserved your hotel for the first time on behalf of a client of mine, without knowing your property personally. I selected your hotel hoping my customer would be satisfied. Instead, he came to my office specifically to thank me for choosing your hotel. This reflects directly on the excellent service you provided. I would like to express my appreciation for everything you have done for him. Your staff handled every request smoothly and professionally, and he mentioned that he considers himself lucky to have stayed with you. He also said he will return in the future. I especially want to thank you for your honesty and for completing the registration process without sending unnecessary promotional emails, which many hotels do. I also want to thank your team for their warm hospitality. Based on this experience, I will continue to book your hotel in the future and confidently recommend it to any customer looking for a warm and exceptional stay.

A warm welcome, basic but comfortable room, and access to bar and breakfast. I’m a happy returning visitor. Sadly, some of the shiny parts are beginning to break - shower controls for example. Have seen this elsewhere in Albania, where marble floors and nicely decorated rooms are furnished with poor quality parts that begin to fail quite quickly. Less than 10 minutes walk from the airport. A small selection of restaurants nearby. Idea for overnight and an early flight.

I booked a 2 night stay at the Hotel Vila Zeus. It's within walking distance of the Tirana airport. If you're only in Tirana for a night it's a fine place to stay. I also stayed at the Reign Hotel in Tirana. The Reign Hotel is less than 5 km from Hotel Vila Zeus. The Reign Hotel is a bit further from the airport. These 2 hotels are similar in price. The Reign Hotel is better kept. At Hotel Vila Zeus there was hair from a previous stay on the bed sheets, the shower door was broke, the remote control needed new batteries, and the television didn't really work (there were about 6 local channels to watch----no access to YouTube TV or cable). The breakfast at the Hotel Vila Zeus is a 5 star breakfast and that was the best thing about my stay. The one front desk receptionist at the Hotel Vila Zeus I was very impressive. The other front desk receptionist not so much. I asked him about the television and he basically said, "I'm the overnight guy, I can't help." For the price of 70 euros a night, you can get better accommodation in Tirana (IE: Reign Hotel or an Airbnb). Hotel Vila Zeus offers a great location within walking distance of the airport, a great 5 star breakfast, but 1 star in terms of cleanliness of the room, the television, the broken shower door, and the room smelt a bit like cigarette smoke. Thin walls. I heard my neighbors arguing for about an hour. It's a good location if you need a place to spend a night near the airport. It's not 5 star accommodation, but it is a 5 star breakfast.
