Hotel Airport Tirana

A cute and charming hotel, A 5-minute walk from the airport. You just call them, and they send a shuttle. We were a large group of 14, so we used the shuttle service—luggage and all—for both our arrival and departure. We arrived on a late-night flight and left on an early-morning one, so it worked out perfectly for us. The hotel has a good restaurant (the pizzas were tasty, though not quite like what you’d get in the city center; the pastas and salads were excellent). The restaurant is open until 10:00 PM and offers a light meal service starting at 3:00 AM for early travelers. The staff is charming and helpful. There’s even a pool for a quick dip. Another great plus is that the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the car rental area—need I say more?

Some of the extra beds were with a very thin mattress. It can work for small kids but less comfortable for big kids :) It's fine for one night.

It's super close to the airport, it's clean and the check in process is efficient

breakfast: go early as they do not replenish everything sufficiently. The signs everywhere calling for guests not to take food with them feel somewhat patronising.

The position, perfect just 10 minutes walking to airport. The faster check-in and check-out. The room very big and spacious. Bed comfortable. Pool nice, quiet and relaxing.

The staff at the restaurant very rude, they keep making mistakes and blame you. They don't know what they serve, if you told them that you have allergies, they answered that is your problem and responsibility to eat there. I asked for the manager and I been told that was not manager, asked again to different person and said that the manager doesn't come to speak with me because I didn't had any issues as they already explained my situation. They brought the wrong food and when we told them they said that the kitchen was closed. Very disappointed. One of the youngest waiter the next day apologise and feel bad about the situation but even there not manager shows up.
