Only stayed for one night (late flight, early rental pickup). Hotel feels new and clean. Rooms big and also clean. Staff are 'functional' but hardly the epitome of service. Nothing wrong with breakfast, but just the same as a thousand other hotels. Nice sitting area, both inside and outside. Price was ok given it's proximity to airport and rentals and facilities.

Spacious and clean rooms and a great breakfast. They even had a pool although I did not use it. It was perfect for a stay after a late night flight and walkable from the airport.

+ 7 mins walk from airport Basic but clean rooms Staff is helpful Breakfast is very basic but may be useful to people who want to catch flight in middle of night as they start basic services at 3 am - I had bit of challenge with booking taxi and while staff was helpful in booking the cab, the follow-ups weren’t prompt .. I was promised a cab in 10 mins and had to wait 35 mins. While I could’ve flagged one of the many cabs parked outside. Minor issue but it impacted by day’s plan of travel outside Tirana

The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of Tirana Airport. If you walk through the main entrance and across the car park, the hotel is directly opposite and clearly visible. However, there is a road barrier that prevents you from crossing directly upon arrival, which can be slightly inconvenient. The concierge desk is positioned right by the entrance, making check-in straightforward. I stayed in Room 109, which can be accessed via stairs or lift. The room overlooked the pool and, although intended for single occupancy, it was a reasonable size. It featured wooden floors and USB charging ports for both newer and older devices. The bathroom was quite minimal but clean. Some of the finishing touches, particularly the grouting, were not done to a high standard. The shower area was basic, with a sliding door, but the overall bathroom size was fairly generous. A highlight was the spacious terrace overlooking the pool. The gym facilities were disappointing and effectively unusable. The location of the gym was inconvenient, and the equipment was very limited and poorly maintained, making it unsuitable for a proper workout. The pool is also poorly located with little sun and views of the building. Breakfast is served on the ground floor facing the pool, with a pleasant terrace that gets morning sunlight. There are two breakfast options: an early, simpler one from 3:30–7:30 am, and a more elaborate version from 7:30–10:30 am. However, even the main breakfast offering was quite basic. The selection included packaged cold cuts, a small variety of fruit, and average pastries. The croissant was acceptable, but the yogurt and strawberry jam were below par. The coffee was also disappointing. Service was lacking overall—staff were not particularly welcoming, and basic greetings were missing. That said, the hotel is very convenient for the airport and also within walking distance of car rental offices, just one street away.
