Posto tranquillo con alcuni servizi carenti ma facilmente migliorabili.

Azienda agricola-Agriturismo tranquillo e isolato sulla montagna con animali. La signora molto gentile anche se la abbiamo vista poco, facile parcheggio, poco affollato, buona colazione internazionale con prodotti locali, ottima vista sulla valle e sulle montagne all'alba.

Tre cose: 1)al nostro arrivo, sudati, non abbiamo trovato nessuna bustina di cortesia di bagnoschiuma. Forse era errore nostro perchè lo davamo per scontato ma era domenica e i supermercati erano chiusi. In decenni di viaggi per lavoro e turismo è stata la prima volta. 2) C'erano ovunque grandi scritte in tedesco e ci siamo persi una piccola scritta in italiano in basso a destra che indicava la indisponibilità di POS nonostante la linea internet molto forte, anche qua davamo per scontato che essendo obbligatorio per legge in Italia, lo fosse anche in Alto Adige. 3) Sul web figurava esserci un apprezzato servizio di ristorazione agrituristica con salsiccia e canederli molto apprezzati su Trip Advisor ma non abbiamo trovato niente, in effetti sul sito ufficiale la pagina relativa alla ristorazione risultava sospesa. La signora non ha neanche saputo aiutarci a trovare un posto alternativo per mangiare. Non avevamo cercato risparmio, avevamo cercato servizi. Detto questo, sono cose fastidiose ma non gravi e di facile soluzione. Scritte in tedesco e italiano in ugual misura di carattere su due colonne separate e non disposte casualmente, delle bustine di bagnoschiuma da qualche centesimo e la cosa più difficile, cercare sul web recensioni e descrizioni e aggiornare le situazione. Con 460€ di 4 giorni, le bustine di bagnoschiuma ci saltano fuori sicuramente.

Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Gutes Frühstück und ein hervorragendes Abendessen. Die Lage vom Birkenhof und der Pool ,sowie der Ausblick vom Balkon zum Kalterer See .

Het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt met eigen gebakken brood en veel produkten van de boerderij. In één woord heerlijk. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was formidabel.
