Our charming holiday flat is located just 2 km from Samnaun and has a convenient bus connection to the mountain railway for your skiing fun or après-ski.
Our cosy flat, furnished with attention to detail, awaits you on the second floor of our apartment building. It offers a comfortable two-and-a-half room flat with balcony, ideal for couples or families. Relax in the living room with a pull-out sofa bed, which offers space for an additional person or two children. A wood-burning stove, complemented by a typical Samnaun stove couch, provides warmth and a cosy atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom/WC round off the living area. Free WLAN is also available, and we offer a bread roll service for a perfect start to the day.
Outside, you can enjoy the idyllic tranquillity and fresh mountain air directly on your balcony.
