The comfortable one family house is located in the small village Compatsch in a quiet and sunny location. Only a few minutes away from the indoor pool with sauna world. Ski bus and local bus stop are nearby. Restaurants and grocery stores are within about 600 metres. Daily bread service. Ski downhill run to the house. Good starting point for hiking.
The visitor's tax, winter and summer season CHF 4.00 per person and day as well as the final cleaning fee of CHF 60.00 for 2 persons and CHF 100.00 for 4 persons are not included in the rental price and must be paid on site.
The apartment is on the ground floor, equipped with kitchen-cum-living-room, double bedroom, shower/WC, SAT-TV, free W-LAN, radio and dishwasher. An additional, separate double bedroom with balcony, shower/WC, SAT-TV and radio/CD is located on the first floor. Ski boot dryers are available. For occupancy up to 2 persons only the apartment on the ground floor is available.
