Very good appartments with very nice owners.

Very nice clean room with a small kitchen. Everything was perfect and the owners were extremely nice and helpful.

In the winter time be prepared if you are comming with the car. Property is located pretty high in the city so if it is very snowy you may need a tire chains.

First time in Austria

A wonderful stay overall. Great services, clean room and very pleasant atmosphere. We have truly enjoyed our time here. As a binus availability of dryer for skis and ski boots.

Far a way from the Kappl center. Without the car it is very hard to move around. Sometimes the WiFi is slow.

Nice mountain view, clean and cozy room, useful kitchen with free coffee capsules. Nice price for a stay reasonably close to Ischgl (~20min by car). The host family was very friendly too (almost always so in Austria).

It felt a bit cold on the head side of the bed, probably because the radiators are located on the other side.

We spent a summer vacation and can only recommend it. Beautiful accommodation, modern furniture with equipment, very clean room, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge...). Very pleasant and kind owners. Quiet location and parking right in front of the entrance, mountain view. excellent.

We spent the 2021/22 NYE time period at Marco's family place. The apartment is located on a ground floor in a single house/gasthof building. The Marco’s family was greatly helpful, always smiling and ready to help. The apartment is brand new and very cozy. You can feel as if you would be part of the local community while staying in this accommodation. The apartment is accommodated for cooking and has a very lovely view. In the morning you can hear cows from the nearby barn. It is possible to park just in front of the entrance. The Kappl village is closely situated to Ischgl, but has also its own slopes. If you don’t want to travel with your own car, a bus stop is located approx. 150m down the street from the apartment. We had a very relaxing stay with lots of skiing. Highly recommend ski holiday accommodation!

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist genau richtig für 2 Personen, es gibt alles was man braucht (Schrank, Kaffeemaschine, eine kleine Kochnische, Besteck etc, einen Ständer für Ski und sogar einen kleinen Skischuhheizer der die Schuhe trocknet, einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge), es ist sehr sauber, das Bett ist bequem, die Gastgeber sind unfassbar lieb und freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Modern ausgestattetes Zimmer mit kleiner Küche inkl. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher sowie das gute bequeme Bett und die tolle sonnige Aussicht! Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

TV Programme etwas unübersichtlich und lange suche nach bestimmten Sender, wäre aber auch zu vernachlässigen. Heizung unregelmäßig, manchmal sehr kalt im Zimmer.
