About this apartment rental

House "Apart Garni Wachter". In the district of Ahli 2 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Ahlesbrücke" 90 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 19 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Member for Silvretta Card Premium: valid from summer 2023 - unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.
"Apart Garni Wachter", 3-room apartment 55 m2, on the lower ground floor. Bright, modern furnishings: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC and satellite TV. 1 room with 2 beds, shower/WC and satellite TV. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, radio. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. All bathrooms have a cosmetic mirror and a hairdryer. The two single beds can be used as a double bed (160x200cm), safe available. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Sehr nette Vermieter, geben gute Tipps zu Wanderungen. Große saubere Wohnung, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Terrasse zum gemütlichen Sitzen und die Berge zu genießen. Bushaltestelle ca 60 m vom Haus entfernt.
