    This hostel has a truly special atmosphere. I’ve been traveling for years, staying in hostels, hotels, with friends, and on my own, and I can honestly say that if this is your first solo trip, this is one of the best places you could choose. The people here are incredibly friendly, and it’s very likely that you’ll leave with new friends and unforgettable memories. At the same time, if you’re looking for peace and quiet, you’ll find that too. Everyone is respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours, making it easy to relax and recharge. The cleanliness is impeccable, and if you need anything, the staff are always willing to help. Brian and Jina go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. They will help you with anything you need in Seoul and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re looking for tours, great local restaurants, hidden gems, or something specific to do in Seoul, they always have excellent recommendations and are happy to share their knowledge of the city. I highly recommend this hostel. I would happily stay here again, and its location is excellent for exploring Seoul.

    I stayed 3 nights and the owners were so lovely and helpful. I stayed in a mix dorm and everyone was happy to chat and be kind and respectful to each other. Pretty ideal for what you'd hope from a hostel !

    Couldn't recommend Jinah and Brian at Zzzip enough! My second time in Seoul and second time at Zzzip, will definitely stay again when we next visit. I stayed in a dorm the first time and had a private room and bathroom this time with my partner, the room was simple, but clean and comfy and could not complain for the price. Jinah and Brian are super friendly and accommodating and speak great English, they're more than happy to help. The location could not be better, 5/10 minute walk to Hongdae main street but far enough that you hear no noise from the busy area. Hapjeong subway Station is a 2 minute walk and links you to the rest of Seoul. Again, we will be back and can't wait!
