The location was great. Near Hongdae and has a lot of good shopping and food places near by. It was very convenient. You have a free washer and dryer downstairs.

No room service, you need to do everything yourself. If you want new clean towels, you would need pay additional or wash and dry it yourself.

The location was perfect, the staff was nice and it was easy to get to where I was going and back. Peter had sent me a bunch of great recommendations for food in the area. I was happy with the two options I was able to go to from his list. I couldn’t find my hotel card when I came back with a bunch of bags one evening and ran into Peter. He was awesome with providing me assistance so I could get back in my room. I was so thankful as I had needed to get ready for the event I flew to Korea for that day. He also told me about events the hotel was hosting for guests. I didn’t attend due to my itinerary, but I think it’s awesome that events were held for people staying to connect and mingle. Another staff member let me store my luggage after I checked out. I appreciated this as my flight was not until night and I wanted to enjoy my last day without lugging all my stuff around Hongdae. I also really appreciate Peter helping to make sure my uber was booked to the correct terminal after I got back to the hotel to get my stuff. I would have otherwise went to the wrong one and missed my flight.

I couldn’t figure out how the AC worked so it was a bit humid in my room at times, but it wasn’t a big enough issue for me to contact staff as I was still comfortable.

Very near bus and subway station. Lots of restaurants in the area. Mangwon Market and Mangwon Hangang Park are nearby. You can do laundry as well.

I find the room a bit dark maybe because the window is so small and the wall is also dark.
