Location and breakfast were OK.
The lobby is a long hall without lounging areas. The girls at front desk are kind but lack training. The design of rooms (we had 4) are awkward and with dead zones. The pillows need to be replaced and beds lack comfort.

Noise on the street was loud at times but out of their control.

Location was great. The night receptionist, Giovanni was wonderful
No water in room, no tooth brushes, shampoo and soap dispensers were practically empty, breakfast very average
