非常感谢Tomo and Hiro 热情的接待，我们度过了愉快的五天四晚。民宿提供每日雪场接送，还提供优惠的缆车票和雪具租赁。Tomo厨艺了得，早餐的面包很好吃，每日预定提供优质的晚餐，让我们省去每日滑雪后可以好好休息安心等候美味的晚餐。这里特别推荐Tomo做的美味的猪肉火锅，虽然那天由于我们午餐吃得有些晚，晚餐吃得不多，但回味无穷，Tomo在计费时还主动帮我们打折了，非常感谢。Hiro的笑容让人特别温暖，由于我们出发时行程迟迟未能定下来，Hiro一直和我们保持耐心的沟通，以便能顺利地接到我们入住。感谢民宿夫妻二人贴心的接待。

一切都挺好

We had such a fantastic stay. The hospitality was amazing and we felt very welcome with our 1 year old. The location is good, only being a short walk or shuttle to the ski field and the dinners were the best we had in Japan.

As per the description the bathrooms are shared, but it's the traditional Japanese open plan style! The lack of privacy was a little uncomfortable especially having a baby to chase after. Although the guest etiquette seemed to be that you wait until the shower/ bath is free before entering. This definitely isn't a fault of the accommodation though.

We had such a great time at the lodge. Room size was good. Breakfast every morning was excellent, fresh and tasty, specially the apple jam 😊😊 The drop offs and pick ups at the ski resort made our days easier. Would definitely come back.

You couldn't ask for finer hosts than Tomo & Hiro, they went above and beyond in making sure we had the best experience staying there and are such lovely people. Do Sports is further than you'd want to walk in ski gear, but they dropped us off and picked us up at Madarao each day which was perfect for us.. They also have lift tickets available for less cost than on the ski hill. Because it's about a 15 minute walk to the village, we opted for breakfast and dinner there which was well worth it. The meals they prepared for us were simple, beautifully made and delicious. Like most buildings in madarao, its an older building and a bit drafty, but the room and dining area are cozy and comfortable. Beds were really comfy, tho the pillows ar a bit firmer than we are used to. The bath area was spotless and well setup and the hot soak was just perfect at the end of the ski day.

If you want to do apres parties or eat meals in the village this might not be the place as its about a 15 or so minute walk up or down a hill, but if you just want to ski, eat, soak, relax, sleep and ski again then I'd recommend Do Sports.
