Camel Valley Resort & Spa, Igatpuri

The hotel is quite large with a game room, space for the kids to play. Breakfast spread is limited but tasty.

Courteous staff, excellent food with good breakfast spread, value for money .

The furnitures were old and needs reburshment but the rooms were spacious and quite comfortable. The pool table and spa was not operational. Bird park cost should be included in the tariff .

I recently stayed at Camel Valley Resort, Igatpuri, and had a wonderful experience. The property looks new and is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, airy, and comfortable. The staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant team, were courteous and attentive. Mr. Sagar was especially supportive and helpful throughout our stay. They also allowed us a late check-out, which made our journey much more relaxed. The highlight of the resort is the bird park, offering a unique experience with a variety of birds. The buffet was good, and the food was fresh and tasty. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would definitely visit again.

The maintenance is very very poor . Infact as good as no maintenance if u look at the walls and bed sheet snd the furniture
