Wonderful stay with clean rooms, welcoming & polite staff. Our stay included all meals with pool access and boating.
Pros:
1. Pool is big and surprisingly clean. They have 3 water slides as well. Rain dance. Music at pool area can be improved.
2. Rooms are separated at the property based on the room category (Woodpecker is a private room near reception. Dolphin, Elephant, Tiger & Village rooms are in different section of resort.)
3. Large dining area.
4. Food options are limited but tasty. Lunch: 1 soup, 2 vegetable, chapati, dal & rice.
Evening snacks: Sandwiches & Sabudana wada, Tea/coffee.
Dinner: 1 Soup, 1 Starter, Veg noodles, 1 Sabji, Chapati, Dal & Rice.
Breakfast: Puri Bhaji, Poha, Bread-Butter-Jam, Tea/Coffee.
5. Many room options are available depending on your group & need.
Cons:
1. Pool timings (8AM - 10AM & 3PM-6PM) not mentioned while booking or anywhere. We got to know when we check-in.
2. Boating is in bit small lake made inside the resort and have 2 peddle boats only. If the resort is crowded you would have to wait or skip boating. Fountain in the lake was not working and due to which our boat got stuck over the fountain. However the staff was quick to respond and he jumped in the lake to push our boat. Boating timings also same as pool.
3. Lot of construction work & new development is on going.
4. Electricity fluctuates quite a lot. But they have a good backup generator.
5. Resort is beside the flowing river and lot of plantations, so insects are unavoidable.
6. Lights at the property common area can be improved as it gets pretty dark after sunset.
Overall it's a good experience.

Perfect place for a family outing. The bigger numbers of family members the better.
Vaste spread of land and the cottages and the villas look fabulously placed. Scenic view is excellent with room ambience at its best.
The staff was extremely courteous and have served out of the way to keep us delighted.
Except for the approach road. A bit too deep interiors and patchy roads. The place is a definitely looking out to give u a great experience.

I had booked 2 glass house rooms on 19th July, 2026 stay. During check out, I had specifically told them that we would be needing gst invoice. The lady at the counter....who claims to be General Manager told that she would definitely give the invoice during check out. At the time of check out, she told that her Head Office is at Vikhroli and that she would arrange the same by Monday 20th evening snd send me by WhatsApp. She failed to meet her commitment even till today Sunday 26th July, despite the fact that she is General Manager, as she claimed to me.I called her once . Again, she gave false promise, which was not fulfilled. I am deeply unhappy with the response and attitude of this lady and the overall stagf, who are not picking up the calls now. I fail to understand, whether this is an unreasonable demand for the payment done by me to ask for an invoice??

Overall it was good but could do better in some aspects like the wooden deck roof was not cleaned sand was falling from the roof and the roads were terible to come at the spot
