    I had a weekend stay at this property and the location is fantastic especially in monsoon. This is a 100% Vegeterian property but they serve you alcohol. The best part about the property is its location - just on the outskirts of Mumbai and on a river bank. All rooms are facing the river and all bunglows/villas have a backyard overlooking the river. There are plenty of trees in the property and they have tastefull done the landscaping. The rooms are old and can do with some upgrade. The beds are not really comfortable and cosy. The bathroom fittings are quite dated too and at best functional. They have a restaurent that offers multi-cousine VEG ONLY options and the a bar has popular choices of beer and other alcohol. The breakfast was a big let down. The quality and taste of the food is quite average. A big issue with this property is that they have a functional water theme park with rides etc and through out the day they play music for the patrons who visit there. These visitors also rome through out the property and all this is a big nuisance if you expect a quite day lounging by the riverside under a tree cover. The property is quite popular with family crowd with young kids over the weekend and its possibly a good option for kinds to experience nature without having to drive out too much and good alternative to similar properties in Lonawala.
