Very nice & scenic surroundings

Polite, patient and courteous behaviour of staff, despite being despised by the customers, due to delayed service at cafeteria
Delayed service at cafeteria, though in my view, it was not owning to laxity on the part of the cafeteria staff. They were on their toes all the time, but due to shortage of hands, particularly during peak occupancy, constrained to speed up delivery. The management needs to look for smart solutions to this problem.

The breakfast was very good. It was a buffet type breakfast. I loved the mango juice they had kept. Overall the food was nice.
They had kept novels & books for reading at the reception. But it was mostly in Hindi. They could perhaps add few English books to the collection.

The location is the best part of the resort, lake facing, peaceful. It is great for a short getaway.
The food options were less, not much variety. It would have been great to have included some regional delicacies as well.
They can improve further for cleanliness and hygiene
