Beach Street Eco Resort - Mandrem

We had a family cottage across 2 floors. The room was beautiful and the gardens are stunning. It is a very chilled and quiet place - not a party hotel - where you have to be quiet in your rooms. This is because there is no sound insulation between huts. We loved it here! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is a great place to chill all day where staff bring you food and drinks - whatever you want. The views are gorgeous. Having come from Arambol beach, this felt very different. Very much more lux and higher quality. We were very well looked after. Prices were higher than Arambol but worth it!

The food is more on the 'western' side. We, personally, would have liked more Indian dishes on the menu

Great location just next to the beach, great facilities (swimming pool, cabanas, restaurant), yoga courses every day (at extra cost), very friendly staff

Excellent reception staff, excellent breakfast- freshly prepared, great menu, lovely food- we chose to eat in the hotel for some lunches and dinners as well as breakfast . Cleaning and restaurant staff very good. Lots of shade at the pool. Easy to swim in the sea

Just to mention- consistent with the eco-vibe there is no air conditioning or fridges in the room.

The location and the food were lovely and the staff were very friendly.

The accommodation wasn't good at all, no a/c got bitten to death by mosquitoes as there was a small hole in the mossie net. Worst two nights ever.
