Super cozy hotel, slightly overpriced

It's a really nice place, free parking in the summer, lovely room and lovely staff, great food, both in the restaurant and the breakfast, we went here in summer as said, but it seems like a great option for all seasons. It's super cosy!

Compared to other places we stayed at during our holiday, this was quite highly priced for a hotel in a skiing area, but the quality was great!

Overall, this was an excellent experience. The hotel and the ski resort were above my expectations. The pistes were very beginner-friendly for me but there were also more challenging ones were available for my partner (advanced level) I really liked how all the ski resort connected with each section, it was very easy to go from one side of the mountain to the other which gives you the opportunity to explore the whole area. Having a ski-in hotel was also an added bonus, the location of the hotel is really perfect just in front of the lifts. The hotel also has so many relaxing opportunities after a day of ski: pool, sauna, bonfire, goûter… everything was amazing!

The hotel is cozy. We liked the Deco. It is clean.

The rooms are not well isolated. I could literally hear people talking in their room next to us. And room was smaller than expected for the price of the room. Even if the pool was booked ahead, we were too many people for the size of the pool. And it's way too hot inside the pool.

The Rock Noir was great and well run, we checked in late and the staff had the foresight to ask if we wanted a table booked at the restaurant which was most appreciated so we could have a proper meal after a long trip. Throughout our stay the staff matched and exceeded our expectations, as did the majority of the hotel facilities. If it wasn't for the too hot room, it would've been 5*

The room was too hot. I guess not a problem for winter / skiing guests, but for July, it was a problem. There were no shutters on the windows to stop the room heating up like a greenhouse, and no aircon. Best solution is shutters. When the windows were open it was noisy, but intolerably hot with the windows closed, which did detract from sleep quality and the enjoyment of our stay.

The Restaurant, is not at any level we took a raclette the hams were very salty a few pickles the fricassee octopus absolutely inedible, sent back 1/2 plate after share in 2, potatos raw cook NO the tartare is good but it is thanks to the meat not from the cook acceptable Pinot Noire wine, a Remy Martin XO cognac 22 Euros per glass, definitely high price Swimming pool, very small nothing special

La literie pourrait être plus confortable, la douche n'est pas très pratique et le gros bémol c'est l'absence de parking privé attenant à l'hôtel

Esse hotel precisa melhorar muito para virar um 3 estrelas NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO ( estacionamento público sem possibilidade de reserva é isso ) . Passei um perrengue para estacionar meu carro e no dia de ir embora tive que cavar um buraco porque meu carro estava debaixo da neve e nenhuma pessoa apareceu para minimamente ajudar INTERNET DE PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE A COMIDA DO RESTAURANTE E FRACA( péssima ) , NAO CONDIZ COM A TRADIÇÃO FRANCESA A entrada e a saída do hotel são ridículas . Minha mãe com 84 anos teve que descer escada com a mala dela e eu não vi senão não deixava Ainda tive que aturar um funcionário me perguntando alto depois que eu tinha deixado o dinheiro do jantar na mesa se eu não ia pagar a conta ! Perfeita pessoa mal preparada ! O pior hotel que já fiquei em qualquer estação de Ski da Europa NUNCA MAIS VOLTO E NEM RECOMENDO
