very good value for the money

Good food considering what we paid for the stay. Lot's of choice on the starter buffet and for desert. Not gourmet food, but very good food for what you pay.

Changing facilities for the pool and sauna very limited. You are better off going down there in your swimsuit with just a towel.

Average hotel with some good facilities

Location was great, pool was nice and refreshing after a hot day. Nice areas to sit outside. Excellent breakfast!

We did not get the room we booked. Our room was supposed to have a terrace and mountain view. Instead we got the back of the building with a Window facing the hill and parking lot. They would not compensate us in any way or able to give us the room we actually booked on booking. Com.

Cozy hotel near the town center

Very cozy hotel near the town center (2 min drive or 15 min walk). The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was clean and the bathroom was newly renovated. The breakfast was great as well, many options and served in a spacious and bright dining area. The bar area also looked very new and was full with people.

Great family place with all services under one roof

Great staff, good dinner and overall integration of services; you can hire ski equipment and organise a lot of outings from the same place. Room was well heated, good warm water, good water pressure in the bathroom. Clean and newly re-fitted bathrooms. Great entertainment for children.

Smalll room, no tea and coffee facilities in the room, breakfast and dinner times are a bit too restrictive. You always need to use transport to move around; there is not much in walking distance.

overall we had a very good stay and we want to return

hotel is close to shops and slopes alike. it has a pool, sauna, and other excellent facilities. rooms are on the small side for a family of 4, but big enough to still have a good stay, and unlike other places we’ve stayed in, Wi-Fi was actually working well. staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

this might only apply to non French speaking tourists, but all the menus and the evening entertainment was entirely in French. the only inconvenience to us was that we had to use Google translate to understand menu to know what to order for dinner.

outstanding value for accommodation so close to Chantemerle (about 1 km to gondola with free parking, or 5 min free shuttle). Pool/spa/sauna a huge bonus and included in price. comfortable room. good breakfast included in price. friendly staff

A good place for a ski vacation

Excellent location near the Serre Chevalier ski resort. Availability of on-site ski and equipment rentals was nice. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa area each day after skiing. The hotel restaurant and bar were also convenient.

More frequent cleaning of the room would have been nice.

Fantastic scenic area, but let down with hotel

Arrived at the hotel at 9pm, only to find reception closed. Our room cards were left on the customer side of the reception shutter. No staff available, except for one member of bar staff , who did give us water , but could not offer food, other than a coin machine with sweets and chocolate. No kettle in the room, so the first night didn't start well. Meal times were quite restrictive, as you needed to order a meal 24hours in advance. The bar was only open for 2 hours during the day and closed at 6pm on a sunday, 10pm other nights. The nearest restaurants were 1.5km away, which was ok except for 2 evenings when the rain was heavy.

Could do with better information about meals and limitations of hotel operating hours. A basic provision of a kettle and tea/coffee would help for people turning up late.

Un séjour parfait en famille. Merci aux équipes!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d’une semaine. Nous reviendrons certainement l’an prochain. Les repas sont très bons, le personnel est très bienveillant et sympathique. Nous avons apprécié que les plats soient fait avec des produits locaux et de qualité. Nous ressentons une bonne ambiance au sein des équipes mis en valeur plusieurs fois par la direction pendant le séjour. Les espaces sont bien pensés, les activités et animations sont variées. L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont grandes. Tout est fait pour passer un bon moment en famille, pour les grands et les petits. Les navettes gratuites organisées par l’hôtel permettent un accès facile aux pistes de ski. L’emplacement est idéal avec une supérette à 50m si besoin. Merci à toutes les équipes de nous avoir permis de partager ces moments en famille.

Tout était parfait mais s’il y avait quelques petites suggestions ce seraient les suivantes : - La location de ski ne propose qu’une seule marque de chaussures de ski qui ne me convenait pas (chaussure qui taillait trop large) j’ai dû aller louer les chaussures ailleurs. Peut-être proposer d’autres modèles/marques permettrait d’élargir le choix ? Sinon très appréciable d’avoir les casiers à ski et la possibilité de louer directement dans l’hôtel. Malgré tout l’équipe a pris le temps de me faire essayer plein de modèles pour essayer de trouver la bonne paire, merci pour leur patience et pour le geste commercial. - Le ménage pouvait être fait sur demande la veille avant 18h. Nous n’avons pas fait les demandes mais peut-être qu’un passage au cours de la semaine de séjour pourrait être envisagé pour recharger les consommables (gels douches et PQ) dans la chambre et changer les poubelles ? - Oreillers pourraient être plus confortables.

Gute Lage auf der Tour de Grand Alp. Abendessen konnte direkt beim Einchecken gebucht und bezahlt werden. Es war günstig, gut und ausreichend. Wer Ruhe haben will, ist hier falsch. Es findet viel Animation und Unterhaltung statt.

Accueil sympathique, vaste domaine et parc, très copieux petit déjeuner.

Piscine trop froid et jeux de ballons d'adolescents empêchant d'en profiter tranquillement. Avions payé pour une chambre 3 personnes qui aurait dû etre plus vaste or avons eu une chambre 2 personnes dans vue donnant sur l'arrière du toit, bof bof. Impossible de prendre l'apéritif, une seule personne au bar et 10 personnes qui attendent.

Satsfaits toutefoids de notre petit séjour.

Petit déjeuner, très bien sans restriction et toujours à discrétion.

La qualité des repas. Les repas sont vraiment de 1er choix et mériteraient un peu plus de soin et de finesse. Ensuite à chaque repas il y a toujours 1 plat de poisson sur les 2 plats proposés et cela midi et soir. Le choix du plat principal est insuffisant.
