A great hotel location, a little dated, very friendly staff who went above and beyond everyday

The spa is nice, the resturant was great, but a lack of options for endurance based summer sports. the chef did a great favour to help make some nutritious energy food off the menu which was really above and beyond!

Lovely hotel, worth paying for mountain view

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Getting a balcony room with mountain view (4th floor seem best) is definitely worth it.

Odd things weren’t up to spec: no extra towels for the spa and no bread at breakfast (!) although it was the last day of the summer season.

Relaxing mountain getaway

Fantastic location, spa on site and included in the room price, excellent breakfast. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Rooms were a bit small, so I’d recommend other guests to book the deluxe room with a balcony.

I enjoyed the view, the staff and the food. I recommend the hotel to others.

Breakfast is superb. Fresh juices, nice bread and pastries, fruit, egg and bacon. The location is ideal, and the balconies have great mountain and ski lift views.

As the Alpine summers get warmer, some air conditioning would help.

Good quality hotel in good location.

Restaurant was lovely, food was also of good standard. Breakfast in particular was excellent.

Upon entering the bar, and taking a seat, I noticed I was the only person in at the time, however the staff simply ignored me. Such a shame they are not more attentive, drinks are not cheap but I would certainly have purchased more if only I had been asked.

Disappointed stay

Breakfast was good.

Very noisy till late at night. Little swimming pool for too much people. Only 3 parasols around the swimming pool. Too hot in the room. Impossible to open the window because of the noise on the street. Pictures on booking do not correspond with reality. We expected a quiet stay in the mountains but instead of an overcrowded swimming pool next to a really noisy street.

Un magnifique week-end en couple.

L'hôtel est super bien équipé, l'emplacement est exceptionnel, avec un grand parking avec des places larges, le restaurant est excellent et le personnel aux petits soins.

Nous avons été surclassé, seulement la chambre que nous avons eu n'offrait aucune vue, quelques traces dans le bac de la douche et sur des serviettes. Et notre 2e fois au spa, il y avait un problème technique donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter du bain à remous et du hammam.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Lage und das es einen Pool und eine Poolbar gibt

Wir hatten 2 Tage zur Entspannung gebucht, ein echter Reinfall. Es war Vorsaison, wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Hotel zwar geöffnet ist, aber der Pool nicht benutzt werden darf. Auch die Poolbar hatte nur von 16 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet. Das Restaurant hatte nur Mittags und Abends geöffnet, es gab nur Menü, aber die 3 Speisekarten FR, DE, EN, waren nur in französisch, nur die Überschriften waren in DE bzw. EN. Auch konnte an der Rezeption niemand wirklich englisch sprechen. Die Zimmer waren klein und ohne Kasten, unglaublich aber wahr. 4-Sterne sind es ganz sicher nicht.

L'accès au spa qui est vraiment un endroit calme et reposant. Le petit déjeuner qui est très copieux. Chambre très bien insonorisée.

Quelques traces sur les coussins qui sont sur le lit ainsi que sur le fauteuil de la chambre.

Un ottimo hotel comodo e confortevole

Un hotel moderno, bello, comodo. Camera piccola ma confortevole, con letto comodo. Location perfetta per chi vuole prendere la cabinovia e per andare a sciare. Ottima colazione. Gentilissima la signora italiana che ci ha servito al ristorante la sera.

Il bagno aveva una finestra senza maniglia che quindi non si poteva aprire. Faceva molto caldo e non c’era climatizzazione.
