Just wonderful

Everything was perfect. From the beautiful big room, through delicious breakfast and coffee to the bicycle I've been given to make a tour around the town. Really an exceptional place with lovely owners and unique atmosphere.

Comfortable, quiet and spacious.

A Due Passi is two short blocks from a huge beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the breakfast was fantastic.

It’s hard to say there was something I didn’t like. If you want to be closer to the beach you’ll have to pay a lot more and I doubt you’ll find a better value. Brush up on your Italian and it will help you enjoy your stay!

Everything: location is perfect, 5 minutes from the beach and center Forte Dei marmi . The room was nice, comfortable and very very clean. Every day was tasty breakfast. The staff was very helpful and attentive . Thanks for a perfect journey and see you next summer.

It was great, only one inconvenient, the breakfast wasn't on my taste, only some sweets.. U cold t choose.... And I had at 4 am to go to take my girl to the aeroport and an old guy wake up and ask me what is happening and I did very very quiet, don't know that man never sleep? :))

La struttura accogliente,pulita,i padroni di casa gentilissimi, vicino al centro e al mare..la colazione ottima e abbondante..il silenzio della camera..l'ampiezza e tutti i confort ..acqua minerale,caffè the biscotti e anche tutto l'occorrente x farsi da mangiare..non era una stanza ma un delizioso monolocale

Гостевой дом A due Passi прекрасное место! Настоятельно рекомендую к посещению! Прием был очень теплым, комната очень просторная и невероятно чистая. Обычно в Форте номера довольно маленькие, наша комната была настолько просторной, что в ней было бы комфортно разместиться даже втроем. Комфортная кровать, тихий кондиционер, мини-бар с холодной водой. Огромное спасибо, все было замечательно!

Een mooie plek vlakbij het strand en op fietsafstand van het centrum.

Het ontbijt en de ontbijtruimte was erg fijn. Je kan een fiets huren, wat wel erg fijn is om zo richting het centrum te rijden. De kamer en de badkamer is erg netjes en schoon. Vlakbij het strand, veel strandgedeeltes zijn betaald, verderop naar rechts ligt er een gratis gedeelte. Er is een lift aanwezig. Parkeren in de straat is gratis.

De badkamer wat ouderwets qua styling, maar wel netjes en schoon. Forte die Marmi is een duurder modern aandoend stadje, geen mooie culturele en oud-Italiaanse stijl.

herzliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, helles, freundliches Ambiente, gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, jeden Vormittag frisches Mineralwasser im Zimmerkühlschrank, super Lage.

Spuren eines Wassereintritts im Deckenbereich wurden mit Farbkreisen übermalt aber leide nicht komplett beseitigt.

Ci tornerò presto!

Alloggio molto carino, tranquillo ma vicino al lungomare. Il centro di Forte dei Marmi è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Piccoli bar e ristoranti a buon prezzo nelle vicinanze. Daniela e Claudio sono molto simpatici e forniscono informazioni aggiuntive. E non dimentichiamo i dolcetti fatti in casa per la 1a colazione!
