Nice place to spend a couple of days right in the heart of the city.

The place is right in the city center close to the main cathedral. It has adequate space and provides the basic appliances.

The apartment is located in a really old building even though the bathroom has been renovated.

Good stay for two nights.

The location was great. Good size. Great shower. Quiet and in a safe gated courtyard.

Lighting in main bedroom was sparse. Wi-Fi never connected. Communication with host was minimal, we asked for help with wifi connection twice and never received a response.

Good location but poor check in experience

The apartment is close to Maison Kammerzell and the Cathedral - literally steps away and you can hear the bells loud and clear. The value of the location is good.

The check-in process was difficult. We are travelling internationally and depend on our pocket wi-fi to work and we don't have an international phone plan because we weren't planning on calling people. We got an email while we were travelling that we had to call 30 minutes before check in for us to get instructions to get in. We got to the location and had to switch our phone plan to call on WiFi for an extra price so we could call her because we were stuck outside. We called twice and got the owner on the second call, and she walked us through entry (ex: what pin to put in). We got there in the evening, and there were no lights in the private street behind the gate to find our door. We finally got to the door and the automatic lights kept turning off on us as we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs to get to the 2nd floor. Once we got to the room, it was clean enough where I wouldn't say it was dirty or I didn't trust sleeping there, but I would say between the cobwebs and spiders on the stair banister and the smell of a sweaty man (or patchouli - not sure), was just not pleasing. This was a last minute book to get us through the next day so we could go to another apartment two doors down that was 100% worth the experience (clean, no smells or spiders, a full sized kitchen, automatic lights stayed on as we ascended/descended stairs, great communication with check in/check out instructions). I would say if you need a quick fix and have the phone plan but not much budget, this would be a good stay. If you have more budget, two doors down has a great setup.

The studio's location is clearly its greatest asset: 2 minutes from the Cathedral (the most crowded place in Strasbourg) but hidden in a very calm and charming small street/courtyard. Bed mattress new and of good quality.

The appartement needs a good maintenance shoot: 2 window blinds missing, one window handle broken, in the toilet the washbasin is a bit clogged and the WC flush button remains stuck then the water flows unnecessarily, bulb missing in the single lamp providing good light for reading... Also, the announcement said slippers and toiletries were provided, but there were no slippers, and there was only a bottle of hand soap not suitable for the body...

We had some problem with hot water in the bathroom, it was limited. An apartment is a bit old, there is no elevator.

it was in the centre of Strasbourg

it needed some maintenance. some blinds were broken , a leg fell off one of the single beds , the bedside lamp needed a new bulb. the property was generally tired.

Checkin and WiFi access was a disaster but we loved Strasbourg.

checkin was made very complicated. being asked to continually phone when it is so very expensive to make an international call when the codes and WiFi passwords could have been sent by email before arrival would make things so very much simpler and easier for all involved. also mentioning in this communication that no 24b is behind the white gate would also be appreciated as we spent nearly 30 mins looking for the place! The one single bed is very hard we were just grateful there were only two of us so we didn’t have to sleep there

The appartment is really nearby cathedral and very calm with not a lot of sounds typical for downtown area.

Unresponsable personel. We needed to wait more than hour in front of the doors. I called 45min before arriving to be sure that the door will be opened, but lazy personel didnt care much. Also the TV didnt worked the first day, so they fix it the next day. The appartment wasnt clean enough... So at the end, this has a higher value than it really is!

the location is convenient and quiet

It was not easy to get into the apartment, we called several times to contact the host for the key. Then we call again for the Wi-Fi password. And again for the gate which closes in the evening…it was very inconvenient! Besides, the facilities are old and the kitchenware looks dirty, there was even a lot of dust on the plates and pots

Well located spacious apartment

Very well located, spacious apartment. Cosy and warm in winter. Nice little kitchen, nice shower (hairdryer available).

It was not clean upon our arrival - so I had to inform the person in charge to send a cleaning person to the apartment. They came and cleaned, so it was ok in the end, but this should not become a habit.

Amazing location but a bit pricey

- Location: the flat is located in one of the prettiest street of Strasbourg centre and in a quiet yard. - Comfy and clean

- We were 3 adults. 4 people can sleep but clearly, the flat is more for 2 people (only 2 big towels, scarce cutlery…). - We had an issue with the key to open the entrance door, but the owner (cool guy) came immediately to replace the key. - The Wifi didn’t work.

Central but not at all for families!!

It is a good location if you look for something central and are not bothered by all the church cathedral bells The inside court was nice and was really quite silent eventhough it was so central

We booked the property because it was well rated for families, but for us it was quite bad: 1. it smelled of smoke in the first apartment and was dirty, happily we got another room after that which smelled not as bad. 2. it was on the 3rd floor without any elevator which is really not nice with all the luggage for families with 2 small kids. 3. the one lamp in the kitchen was hanging so low that we constantly bumped our head against it. 4. the sink in the bathroom was non stop leaking which made the floor quite wet. 5. I specifically booked this apartment as it said 2 bedroom apartment. It was however more of a living room that worked also as bedroom with one bedroom. We hoped it was 2 bedrooms as we wanted to put our kids separately. We would advise a check up of the apartment name and the apartment in general as it is below standard for the price we paid.

Excellent position. Parking close.

The apartment was not cleaned. There we an used pairs of flip flops, chips and lot of dusts under the beds. Few parking places. Usage of WiFi require a special app. The microwave was dirty with some leftovers. The wood structure is severely cracked.

APPARTEMENT A DECONSEILLER ABSULUMENT EN RAISON DE L'ATTITUDE DU PROPRIETAIRE

LA MALHONNETETE DU PROPRIETAIRE - Nous avons réservé l'appartement en décembre 2024 pour décembre 2025. Alors que nous arrivions à Strasbourg, nous recevons un téléphone du propriétaire pour nous dire qu'il nous avait écrit un mail en octobre (FAUX !!!) pour nous informer qu'il y avait eu un dégât des eaux (FAUX) et que nous ne pouvions être hébergés en raison de l'état de l'appartement. Comme nous avions reçu le numéro du digicode le matin (bizarre !!??), nous nous sommes rendus à l'appartement. Et là, pas de dégât des eaux mais un autre couple qui nous a expliqué qu'on leur avait dit que l'appartement avait été loué à double et qu'ils étaient arrivés les premiers !!! Nous avons dû trouver en urgence une chambre d'hôtel (150.- euros de plus) et attendre le remboursement de la location. Le propriétaire l'a-t-il loué plus cher derrière notre dos ????

A éviter pour passer un séjour serein

À 3mn à pied de la cathédrale mais parking souterrain le plus proche est très cher (45€ les 24h).

Ce logement est mal équipé (pas de bouilloire par exemple), avec une installation électrique dangereuse (prises électriques à quelques centimètres de l’évier). Le lit 1 place est fortement abîmé avec un matelas sale. Les fauteuils sont tachés aussi et abîmés. Totalement inconfortable. L’éclairage est totalement déficient. Peu de lampes et plafonnier sans puissance. Cela est d’autant plus problématique que la cour est sombre avec une végétation extérieure sur la façade qui limite la luminosité. Forte humidité dans la salle de bains avec des traces importantes. Il a été impossible de voir une chaîne sur la tv qui n’offre que des séries sans intérêt. L’accès se fait par un escalier raide et très étroit. Le propriétaire contacté a consenti à une ristourne de l’ordre de 38% pour compenser ces problèmes. J’aurai préféré avoir un logement confortable, propre, équipé conforme au prix demandé. Les photos ne sont pas conformes à la réalité vécue.

Tesise girerken yönlendirme konusunda eksiklikler vardı, tesadüfen yardımcı olan insanlar sayesinde daireye girebildik. Oda bir avluya baktığı için güneş almıyordu o yüzden baya serindi, sonbahardan sonra gelenler bunu göz önünde bulundurabilir. Banyo da çok küçüktü.

sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher check-in-service. Phantastische Innenstadtlage. Ruhig, komfortabel und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Die Lage war top 👍 das war auch schon das Beste an dem Aufenthalt.

Die Kommunikation war schwierig. Der Code zum Öffnen des Tores kam erst nach zweimaligen Nachfragen. Schön war das Appartment nur auf dem ersten Blick. Das Fenster bei der Küche ging gar nicht richtig zu - schlecht im Winter. Die Lüftung in der Küche war extrem verdreckt. Die Leiste an der Arbeitsplatte war lose. Von dem Blick in den Schrank unter der Spüle möchte ich gar nicht reden. An der Decke im Bad konnte man einen Wasserschaden erkennen, in der Dusche war Schimmel, generell war es nicht besonders sauber. Die Tür vom Kleiderschrank in dem zweiten Schlafzimmer ist rausgebrochen, hat keinen guten Eindruck gemacht. Aber der Brüller war, dass es für unseren Sohn keine Bettdecke vorhanden war. Anrufe und Nachrichten dazu wurden ignoriert. Die Lage des Appartments ist spitze, allerdings gibt es keinen Parkplatz und der nächstgelegene öffentliche Parkplatz ist auf 3 Stunden beschränkt und kostet 35€ !
