Underground parking.

Front glass door panel smashed in; metal door handles cut off; walls in lobby marked up & unclean; beat up apt; chipping paint; hole in kitchen counter because sink didn't fit; bad smell in apt; dirty toilet; cigarette butts in ashtray on front terrace. Didn't féel safe in the apt or in the neighborhood. Misleading pictures. Complicated entry involving going to a separate location to get key. Owner said he sent us pics but only when we complained we couldn't find the place did he send the pics! Also, tram noise til 2am then starts up again at 5am. Worst Airbnb we've seen or stayed in. Did NOT stay the second nite & have requested our money back from booking.com.

Unclean premises requiring maintenance

Location is right next to the tram stop.

- two person bed is small, only one can sleep comfortably. - sofa bed was unclean with holes in it. - bathroom curtain and the shower keeps falling - toilet flush force is so weak that it hardly flushes waste out. - kitchen utensils were in a pathetic state, absolutely unusable

The good price comes with a compromise

Self check in process was easy. The apartment was close to the tram station Potterie, so it was easy to go to the city centre.

Practically we were in an apartment which was different from the pictures we saw on Booking.com when we booked. Also, contrarily to what it says there is no a private parking place, you park on the street where there is free place, good that we found one right next to the apartment. In the kitchen I had to clean all the dishes, there were dishes in the cupboard which were definitely not clean. The fridge was small. While we were 3 guests for 2 nights, there were only 2 coffee capsules. There was no a table with chairs to have a dinner or a breakfast on it, there were only high bar chairs to use and this was not very comfortable for us as we have a certain age. But what was even more disturbing was the super strong cigarettes smell everywhere in this apartment to an extent that I preferred keeping the jackets in the car as not to get smelly. And the big white leather sofa in the living room is really beyond its time of use, it's uncomfortable to seat on it.

Diffidate!

Solo il parcheggio.

Letto ideale per una persona sola (difficile dormirci in due), nessun sapone o bagnoschiuma, assenza del phon, per due notti hanno lasciato poco più di mezzo rotolo di carta igienica, finestre con spifferi, senza tende (dalla strada riescono a vedere all'interno) su strada rumorosa con passaggio tram continuo, bagno con vasca con odore di muffa intenso, sciacquone che scarica con fatica. Sopravvalutato e costoso senza motivo, in zona non delle migliori. Mi sono fidato delle recensioni ma a questo punto le ritengo per nulla veritiere e forse pilotate. Diffidate.

Gut, bequem, modern

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, hell, luftig und modern. Die Küche ist optimal für Kurzaufenthalte ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Parkplatz zu finden ist sehr schwer, und keine Dauerplätze vorhanden - max 1 Stunde, und das auch gebührenpflichtig. Die Wohnung auf der Etage zu finden war etwas mühsam, da die Farben (wie beschrieben) schlecht zu erkennen sind - Flur zu dunkel.

Super appartement, grand et confortable. Bien équipé, avec un balcon. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Je recommande ++

Pas de place de parking comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Possible dans trouvé une dans la rue, mais il faut avoir de la chance. On s'est garé dans des rues plus loin, mais pas simple quand on est chargé au niveau bagage.
