Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 37 m² flat in Strasbourg can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 16 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and balcony access
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, etc. and dining area
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 9 m² balcony with furniture and barbecue to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Strasbourg, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
Discover Strasbourg, a city full of charm and varied activities! Visit the magnificent Notre-Dame Cathedral, explore the picturesque Petite France district, enjoy a cruise on the River Ill and take in the many concerts at the city's Zénith. Don't forget to sample Alsatian specialities in the many local restaurants. For families, the Parc de l'Orangerie and Le Vaisseau science centre are a must. Strasbourg promises a memorable stay!

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (1 vehicle) or in the public car park along the pavement of the condominium.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Strasbourg, about 5 km away (10 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg, about 10 km away (15 min by car)
- Use of the car is recommended
