Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The host was friendly and kind.

The property is adjacent the railways and therefore the noises and vibrations due to trains transit disturbed our sleeping. This is mainly the case for the room on the back side of the house, while less disturbing on the front side rooms.

Great location

The location was great, as we were visiting the Fiera Milan, and there is a great sushi restaurant close by. The room was large and clean. We managed to park on the street, quite easily. We arrived quite late but it was not a problem.

You have to go to a cafe nearby for breakfast. Where you could have coffee and there was a selection of slightly stale pastries. There is a train track right next to the house and room 2, however the trains stopped at about 11pm and didn't disturb us. Only one pillow per person.

I found my room very cleaned and the whole property gives, including the owner, a warm welcome.

The main issue is that the property is located within few meters from a railway line which makes the whole building quaking and noisy.
