Great location in between Brighton and Hove - a few minutes from the shops and the beach
Everything was great - not sure if the hotel is also accommodation for a charity but there were a few odd people about but this is Brighton after all

Great location, surrounding by many shops and everything needed on the door step!
It was extremely hot on the 2nd floor where our room was located, there was a mini fan in the room which did not help at all, me and my husband was really struggling to sleep and stay in the room throughout the day and night.

Hotels location is fantastic for a stay in Brighton. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The location
There was rubbish in the room- the bed was lumpy and only two pillows- instructions were poor - on arrival to check in - no one there - called the number which was ringing on desk - eventually let in by another resident - and finally checked in by a very disheveled man who was not sincere in his apology - this is not 24 check in
