very good stay, would recommend and use again

the property was very nice for the price with a lovely pool and sunbathing area. The owner even allowed two of my friends to use the pool when we wanted a bread from walking which was very kind of him.

my only issue was there was no air-con in my room. after a day out in 38 degree heat i came back to very hot room and only a fan to help cool the room. The fan was broken and only pointed to the floor so had to prop it up on a chair. Also the other guests were very noisy in the late and early hours, but that isnt the hotels fault.

The wifi is pretty weak at the rooms in the front but you don’t go there to be on your phone,right!? :)

Un esperienza da fare sicuramente, non ci sono molte spiegazioni dovete venire, immergervi nella magnifica atmosfera che potrete trovare qua e godere di tutto ciò che offre la struttura , serenità relax e natura.

Un’oasi di pace

La camera è piccola ma non manca niente. La posizione, il giardino rigoglioso e la piccola piscina catapultano in un’altra dimensione. Atmosfera rilassata e rilassante.

La struttura non offre la colazione ma in stanza ci sono una macchina del caffè a cialde e il frigorifero. Consiglio di arrivare attrezzati per godersi una colazione fai-da-te in uno dei tanti tavolini disseminati in giardino prima di ripartire.

Al di là degli aspetti che sono comunque migliorabili, io questo posto lo suggerirei sicuramente

la struttura è molto carina, la piscina è un enorme valore aggiunto, la posizione è molto ben collegata alla superstrada Orte Viterbo Civitavecchia, ma comunque è collocata in un contesto estremamente tranquillo e silenzioso.

Migliorabile la pulizia dei bagni, e il posizionamento del frigorifero vicino al divano letto può dare fastidio durante la notte.

Eccellente spa in camera!

Eccellente struttura immersa nel verde, molto tranquilla. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera con sauna e vasca idromassaggio e doccia emozionale, solo una parola che riassume bene: Spettacolare! Roberto ci ha accolto benissimo. Camera pulita, bagno enorme con bel gioco di luci (comandabili anche da app). Letto grande e comodo. Cuscini comodi. Climatizzazione stanza perfetta con termosifoni e climatizzatore. Parcheggio gratis interno alla struttura. A due passi dal paese storico di Bagnaia e strategico per visitare Villa Lante, che consiglio vivamente! Bellissima esperienza, da consigliare a chi vuole il relax vero!

Zona nella prima periferia di Viterbo quindi molto tranquilla. Stanza spaziosa e ben arredata. Bel giardino e tanto spazio verde. Gestore disponibile.

Ingresso comune molto stretto. Se si ha più di una borsa risulta difficoltoso. L'ingresso in stanza è sempre stretto in quanto hanno ricavato una cucina proprio di fianco alla porta. Tv piccola se si vuole guardare dal letto.
