Evening meal was good in the restaurant
Team very helpful in accommodating a sick colleague with late check out which was very much appreciated.
Breakfast staff were not particularly focussed. There was a staff team meeting when customers were waiting!

There is no proper instruction how to use the phone if I need to call reception, tv remote was not working we had to go very close to the TV finally I have to go to the reception 3 time requesting for extra bed, first time i was told it will be chargable and 2nd time i was told i lt will be in my room in 5min , when we got the bed it was so uncomfortable , my son can feel the springs he had to fold the duvets and sleep on top of the duvet
