Location and the staff

In room dining. Lots of options were there but the taste of the food needs to be improved.

Ladies in the reception are excellent. Staffs at the dining room are full of hospitality. The chefs are amazing

One gentleman at the reception, i asked for laundry bag he told that he will tell the house keeping to give, but till the time I checked out, I didn’t get. The same guy picked up the call when i asked him to get ready with the bill. He told ok ma’am. But when I was about to leave in hurry I found that bill was not done. When asked he told that bill is prepared only at the time of checked out, but this was not communicated to me, otherwise I would have adjusted my time n come early

Ambience

The location is very good, easy to get into centre , but away from hustle

The property rooms are dated, especially the bathrooms , and requires modernisation . No way 5 star standard . Breakfast time, not all staff attentive to be of assistance. Breakfast choice and quality good , to average
