The staff is warm and welcoming, check in and check out was a breeze .

It’s just a normal hotel. Doesn’t feel like gateway
Pool was not working and staff at breakfast were very loud while talking to their associates no professional and the food was very average in taste. In all the items only Misal was good rest all the food tasted below average
