Friendly staff and everything was well organized. An array of activities included and the food was lovely. The best part was the game drives and that you access to certain spa amenities without having to pay extra. Definitely a must visit.
The cocktails can be improved.

The cottage with the outlook to the game reserve was fab, including an outdoor shower. Lots of space . The safari was excellent with knowledgable guide. Spa facilities and treatments were great and good value for money.
The buffet evening meal set up was really poor, for an exclusive 5 star hotel. There should be some form of a la carte facility. Definitely missing a truck here. The buffet food was always only like warm. Staff in the restaurant were inattentive and not proactive ( seemed to lack manager coordination). The bar upstairs poorly utilised , surely some form of entertainment would improve utilisation and generate an atmosphere and stop it feeling soulless.
