The room/appartment is spotless clean, large and quiet with big comfortable bed and fresh croissants for breakfast (even on Sunday!) There is a great looking shared kitchen we never used though. The owner Stefano is really gentle and helpful, happy to share any info about the city or food or probably many other things we never asked about. He told us where to park in town and what to see and we enjoyed our weekend in Verona very much. I can only add that if you have kids, throwing pebbles in the river by the bridge of Castello Vecchio is a great break from walking!

The owner Stefano was helpful from the very first moment. Parking around the house was easy. The room we stayed in was spacious. The bathroom was outside the room but was exclusively for our use. Overall, everything was clean, tidy, and spacious. Breakfast was Italian-style, centered around croissants and sweets. On the second day, we were delighted to find bread and cream cheese. The location is about a 10-13 minute drive from the city center. The area is quiet and well-kept. There’s a pizzeria 5 minutes away, very popular with locals.
There’s nothing bad to say. Overall, we were satisfied with everything. Perhaps the bed could have been a bit firmer.
