Ricardo and others on reception were friendly and helpful. Allowed us to leave suitcases to explore. Breakfast excellent and in amazing historic cellar. Pleasant and interesting riverside walk to historic city centre. Recommend free walking tour.
Would have preferred TV to be switched off in breakfast area. (Lively dancing show was inappropriate.) Lighting in accommodation (Room 1A) could be better.

Good location. Apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Poor sound insulation, with intrusive noise from the room above and the road outside (room was on the ground floor)
