Parking is very convenient on the street behind the property, and using the EasyPark app makes both payment and extending the time simple. Access to the accommodation was smooth and easy with the provided codes. The location is great, close to the city center.
The rooms are stylish, cozy, and well designed. The bathroom and shower have a nice atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable and very clean. Overall, Cinque Rooms offers excellent value for money.
During the day, the mirror film on the windows provides privacy from the street, which is great. However, at night, when the lights are on inside, the effect reverses and the room becomes fully visible from outside, almost like a shop window. There are curtains, but from certain angles they don’t fully block the view.

Everything was absolutely uncomplicated from start to finish. before our arrival, during check-in, throughout the stay and at check-out.
The communication via WhatsApp was excellent and very friendly. Before arriving we even received a beautifully prepared brochure with all the important information, including parking options, restaurant recommendations and helpful tips about the area. Everything was clearly explained and visually presented – we really appreciated that extra effort.
The accommodation itself is in a great location: not directly in the busy center, but everything in Verona is easily reachable on foot. The room had everything we needed, it was very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared.

Nice room, great location and during the heat wave it was air conditioning. Self checking was convenient as well.
It’s ground floor, you don’t really have the option to open the windows, but for 1 night it doesn’t matter. Air conditioning is centralized/fixed. After payment property will contact you at WhatsApp and request to send photos and all the details of your IDs. They will tell you that until you send all info you won’t have access to the room. If you delete this information from the messenger in several hours after check-in (as no one guarantees you any privacy of your data), they will message you at midnight demanding explanation. Overall horrible communication experience tbh.
