Everything was very good. Balcony comfortably furnished and a good size. Location suited us much better than Chania Old Town.

Close to the beach and restaurants. A 20 minute walk to the old Town. Do it! Family run, staff were very pleasant. They stored a suitcase for us between our 2 stays. Room was comfortable, nice patio. Quiet location...in Oct. Good breakfast choices.
Street parking in Oct was a challenge. Must be impossible in high season.

The owner let us park our car in front of the hotel.
Accommodation is very basic (we had a double room with sea view) and without mosquito nets. The breakfast was below average - no fried eggs, very few options of vegetables, fruits and bread. The sea view was quite limited, although OK.
