The hotel is very close to the city centre and not too far from the beaches, easy to visit Renesse by foot or make some shopping. Breakfast is good and choice is good as well
Bathroom (only shower and toilet) quite small and washing in the "kitchen". But it was OK. The second room was fine.

It's pity we visited while they are renovating so we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool and the sauna..

Nadat we andere kamer hadden gekregen in Badhotel Renesse was het verblijf verder heel goed
Wij hadden 2 kamers geboekt in Villa Westerduin. Wij vonden het al vreemd bij het inchecken dat niemand vroeg of we misschien hulp nodig hadden met de bagage. We werden gewezen waar we naartoe moesten lopen. Bij aankomst een steile verwaarloosde trap (je zou maar struikelen over de loszittende trapbedekking) op naar de kamers. Toen ik binnen de kamer kwam ben ik werkelijk geschrokken, wat een armoede, armoedig en hummelig ingericht, niet schoon, donker….. Ik ben toen gaan klagen bij de receptie en die mevrouw die toen achter de balie zat heeft ons onmiddellijk geholpen. Ze had nog een luxe kamer in badhotel Renesse (zit er vlak naast) maar we konden geen aparte kamers krijgen. We hebben toen toegestemd dat we samen op 1 kamer gingen. Ik zou Villa Westerduin niet meer verhuren in deze staat. Hij is echt aan een grote opknapbeurt toe. Wij hebben dus op 1 kamer gelogeerd terwijl we voor 2 kamers (1 persoon op een 2-persoonskamer vraagt altijd om een toeslag) hebben betaald. Ik heb niet meer nagekeken of die ene kamer in kosten evenredig was ten opzichte van de 2 kamers. We waren blij dat die mevrouw aan de balie meteen bereid was het voor ons op te lossen
Villa Westerduin is verschrikkelijk tegengevallen. Ik zou zeggen niet meer verhuren nadat dit pand volledig opgeknapt is zowel van buiten als van binnen.
