Etablissement un peu étrange avec un service de réception évanescent .............. Sinon la chambre était correcte, en duplex.

Ce qui est le plus étrange étant qu'il était impossible de trouver l'hôtel sur maps car ...... le nom est différent ! Nul part, vous trouverez Noordzee car il est référencé et fléché comme BADHOTEL. Hébergement vendu avec un sauna et une baignoire d'hydromassage mais les deux étaient en panne. Petit-déjeuner correct sans plus.

The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the air conditioning worked very well throughout our stay. Those things definitely contributed to a pleasant night’s sleep.

Several aspects felt surprisingly basic for this price category. The room lacked practical mirrors, wardrobe space was limited for a multi-night stay, and there was no ironing board available in the room. None of these issues are major individually, but together they made the suite feel less complete than expected. Service was also inconsistent. Coffee pads were not replenished and, when we asked, we were informed that additional pads could only be purchased for €0.50 each. It’s not about the amount—it simply feels oddly restrictive in a room at this price point. Housekeeping was another disappointment. Towels were not replaced and when we requested fresh ones, staff pointed out that we had not left them on the floor. Technically fair, perhaps—but the interaction felt procedural rather than hospitable. A more guest-oriented response would have gone a long way. Breakfast was decent but offered limited variety and choice compared with what we would expect for a stay in this segment. The most concerning part of our stay, however, was something entirely different. Guests appeared to be encouraged to leave a 10/10 review in exchange for €10 cash. If this is indeed standard practice, it raises serious questions about the reliability of the property’s review score and, to our understanding, does not align with the spirit of Booking.com’s review system. That left a worse impression than any missing amenity.
