Really nice stay
Amazing facilities. The room was very nice with a good bed and large shower. We had the junior suite and was apart from the rest of the hotel. We enjoyed our time laying by the pool and in the jacuzzi! All the other staff was very friendly and helpful!
The only thing dat was a little less positive… the shops close at 5 on Sunday and we just wanted a can of soda in the evening. The vending machine was coins only and we had to exchange our €20… the man working was doing something in the restaurant behind closed doors. Understandable that there was work to do, but he saw us and two other couples standing at the reception waiting for him to come. He just did not care and didn’t even take the 10 seconds to tell us he would be right there. Eventually we all left… it’s not a good look on the service part…

the staff was extremely rude. better not to ask if you have a question or they will make sure to make you feel bad about it. unwelcoming and rude. would not recommend

For 235€ a night I expected a lot more from hotel and services. The breakfast was very disappointing: not fresh, very small choice and food was not of high quality. Also weirdly presented on a few m2 with all hotel guests. it wasn’t cleaned properly everywhere (weeks of dust on lamps etc.

Under-exceeded expectation
The staff is very nice and helpful and they do their outmost best under the limited circumstances. The room looks very nice and well decorated.
Having said that, the rest was very disappointing to say the least. For 200 euros a night, the expectations are much higher than a simple double room. I am not sure this is the quality you are striving for especially with Villa in the name. The price of the room comes close to the Okura Hotel, Hiltons or any of Raddison Blu 4-5 star junior suites. However the quality is far from the other options, there was nothing Junior Suite about the room, it was a simple Twin/ Double room missing the most basic amenities. We didn't even have a blanket to cover us both, two single blankets in a junior suite! No coffee machine just a tea kettle with the cheapest type of tea. Breakfast is very basic. Scrambled eggs, Pancakes under a heater. Staff was very kind to make something more fresh.

Leuke kamer, met glazen douche en bad in kamer.
Topper van bed is aan vervanging toe en spiegel tegen schuine dak is ook wat apart ☺️
