Quiet surrounding and proper room

Location was quiet. Room size Perfect.

Breakfast not very nice. Only the coffee maker was good working. Hard bread from yesterday, cheap juices and not really big choice.

Charging at the hotel. Close to the beach. good point to start touring the area The breakfast was good and the locatoin was nice with ability to eat outside. Bar looked inviting.

Perfect

Great room, clean and nice . The staff was friendly. Close to slot Moermond , and 5 minutes to the beach by car. The breakfast was very diverse and the coffee was great. We definitely recommend this hotel!😊

in the middle of nature really nice and big rooms. you have a door directly to the corn field. chairs and a small coffee table is avaliable for every room. staff are really nice and helpful.

disappointing and not worthy of 4stars

lovely staff and clean hotel

it did not live up to it’s 4 star rating. the room was very poorly lit, bathroom had very basic soap / shampoo dispenser , no shower cap, no hair dryer, not what you expect from 4star. bed was average.

Not much

Rooms and comfort did not meet the expectations by far. Hotel doesn’t have the castle looks at all as to be expected from website. Rooms are poorly decorated, low level of maintenance, rusty piping, damaged door frames and cabinets… do I need to go on?

We had a nice stay but would have been better with arco in the summer

The location was great. The rooms we a nice size. Was not happy with the price there was no arco no fridge. The restaurant was horrible. The food was worst than McD's.

Not clean, hair from preiviousvisitors on bathroom ground, watermarks on ceiling, rust on bathroom door, wall had water damage. Service strange, they called to my room 22.00 hours because they had a 4 euro day balance difference

First time during pandemic

It is in a great location, you can rent bikes at the hotel. It was painting smell, I guess was convenient to have some maintenance during covid. We got food as a room service.

We rent e-bikes. One of the battery didn’t work. We found a big spider in the corner.

Awful, not really guest and service oriented

Extremely loud; guests returning to the hotel at 2 am during consecutive nights, several rooms making party on the terrasse, one drunken guest trying to access my room by force, NO HOTEL OFFICIAL available! Never again in this hotel chain - expensive room but waste of money. Not even a consoling apology in the morning.

Het verblijf was voor ons puur doelmatig, maar prima! Fijne kamer, alles schoon, rustig, goed ontbijt.

Helaas waren de koffieapparaten allebei defect. Er was wel vervangende koffie, maar niet zo lekker. Dat was overmacht, dus niets aan te doen..

Erg fijn hotel!

De kamer was mooi en groot en het was heerlijk douchen. De omgeving is prachtig! De bedden liggen echt heerlijk, zoals ik gewend ben bij Fletcher!

Viel niet echt tegen, maar je kon merken dat de dame in het restaurant alleen was. Ze had niet echt tijd gastvrij te zijn, al deed ze echt haar best.

Uit de tijd

Je loopt vanuit het hotel in 10minuten naar het centrum van Renesse. Het ontbijt is lekker en wordt de hele ochtend aangevuld.

Het hotel is uit de tijd. In de kamer hangt een smerige chemische citroenlucht, de kozijnen vallen uit elkaar, we hadden een bad maar geen afvoerstop (dit heeft de receptie uiteindelijk wel geregeld), er loopt meer water langs de douche dan dat eruit komt, de zeepdispenser valt uit elkaar als je hem aanraakt, de bank in de kamer zit vol met vlekken van dingen waar ik niet over na wil denken en de receptioniste is vriendelijk bij de check-in maar kijkt vervolgens niet op of om als je goeiedag zegt. Wij waren erg blij dat we alle benodigdheden zoals bed e.d. voor onze baby bij hadden want ik had me niet comfortabel gevoeld om gebruik te maken van de hotelfaciliteiten gezien de staat/hygiene. Het is niet perse dat de kamer “vies” lijkt, maar tegen deze staat valt niet op te poetsen. Voor de prijs is het voor deze locatie inclusief ontbijt nog OK maar wij keren zeker niet terug.
