Felt at home @home66

We really felt at home. Johnny welcomed us as we were old friends and invited us to enjoy the apartment. We did since everyone had his space, and every corner was spotless clean. Just a few minutes drive from Bruges historic center, while passing streets with lovely nordic houses, neatly arranged and decorated side by side like Christmas wreaths.

There's nothing to point out on the "didn't like" side.

A lovely homestay perfect for young families and convenient access to Bruges city centre!

Really nice and communicative host. It was really nice and clean, the setup was perfect for us travelling as a family of 4 with two young kids who could sleep in the adjoining room, complete with soft toys which the girls loved! We had our own large bathroom and could also use the shared kitchen and balcony for breakfast. You could cook something more substantial if you wanted as the kitchen was well kitted out. There was free parking on the road outside and we were less than 10 minutes drive to the city centre, there is free parking on the ring road and then you're only a short stroll into the centre. We really enjoyed our stay and have recommended it to others, we'd also happily stay again if we were in the area. Bruges is lovely!

I'm knit picking but; the floor is a bit creaky but not a problem also the lighting in the room was bit dim, one of the bedside lights wouldn't work which didn't help, presumably due to the daisy chained electrical cord which was beneath the bed.

Perfect accommodation for a family city break

Free street parking outside, made it easy to travel by car. This accommodation is very family friendly; kids bedroom attached but you still have a little space from them, tv and dvds, kids toys galore, plastic cups and a high chair. Perfect place for a city break as a family.

Lovely place to visit and the guesthouse wasn’t too far from the centre of Brugge

the hosts were very welcoming and the atmosphere was friendly. it was clean and tidy and very child friendly.

Cozy attic room with own bathroom on same level. The room even had a fan less ventilator which helped on the 'hot' summer day we arrived. We had a nice reception.

Needs extra power connection points to allow easy hook up of multiple electric devices the needs to recharge.

Communication with host was quick and easy, bathroom arrangements was good, kids room has lots of toys, kitchen is fine, good parking, very quite street

rooms outdated, floor is extremely noisy, no sound isolation with floor above so you wake up when somebody waking in room above you, unpleasant smell at the entry to the home.

Nice, quiet and clean room. Beds are comfortable, even for a tall person like myself. All needed facilities are available. Free parking and not far from Brugge center.

Spacious well equipped, family friendly and quiet accommodation

It was amazingly quiet, kids have all possible staff in their separate room to draw, play, read, watch etc. The landlord welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. Hey speak durch, french, english and are very friendly and helpful. They live in the ground floor and were available when we needed them. The kitchen ist well equipped for cooking. Next to it there is a big terrace, which can be shared with other guests. There are two accomodations in total, so there is no crowd. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The rooms were large and clean. Amazing facilities the hosts were lovely and for the saving on places in the city centre would book there again.

Exceptional

The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. Lovely terrace. The kitchen had absolutely everything you need, we were even given coffee, tea and milk for free. Very quiet.

The only thing is that it takes half an hour by foot to get to the center of town. But as it was such good value in price to stay there I should think it is much more expensive to stay near to the town.

Fantastic for Families!

The hosts are kind, thorough in their care, excellent communicators and thoughtful in their setup. The kitchen worked out wonderfully, even with the upstairs guest. Our kids (two boys) LOVED their room! An evening movie was a wonderful option for them to wind down to at the end of a busy day. Parking is free with another suggestion of free parking just outside the walls of Brugge that worked well for us on both days we went. Grocery stores were nearby.

Urgemütlich. Fahrräder können kostenlos benutzt werden. Unmittelbare in der Nähe befindliche ÖPNV Anbindung. Die Gastgeber sind unwahrscheinlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Fijn verblijf, in mooie kamer, op een fantastische locatie, ontbijt zou een grote surplus zijn.

De ligging is fantastisch.

We vinden het jammer dat een bed and breakfast geen ontbijt aanbiedt. De doorgegeven adresjes waren bijna allemaal niet open. Uiteindelijk wel ontbijt gevonden, maar de naam zou beter bed and 'no breakfast' zijn zoals we in e buurt nog zagen. Dan valt het meteen op dat er geen ontbijt aangeboden wordt.

Alojamiento cómodo y tranquilo

Estuvimos alojados en la habitación familiar con mis dos hijas. En realidad, son 2 habitaciones comunicadas por una puerta, con un gran baño privado fuera de ellas y acceso a cocina compartida con una estupenda terraza donde empezar el día con un buen desayuno. Las camas son comodísimas, el barrio tranquilo (puedes aparcar en la calle sin coste) e ir a Brujas en coche dejándolo en el parking de la estación donde, un autobús te llevará gratuitamente al centro con el ticket del parking. Johnny y Brigitte fueron súper amables con un pequeño olvidó que tuvimos. Muy agradecidos!

Dans la chambre prévue pour un couple, lit spacieux et confortable salle de bain propre

Cette chambre est au second étage dans les combles avec juste 2 velux. Un peu chaud en été. Accès par des escaliers uniquement. L annonce devrait l indiquer car impossible d accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite

Tolle Stadt! Insgesamt braucht man aber viel Geld

Sehr gemütlich ! Perfekte Lage!

Es gibt eine Küche, man kümmert sich aber selbst um das Frühstück. Bei später Anreise sollte man den Einkauf also dabei haben oder man frühstückt in der Stadt. Ist irritierend, denn es ist nicht B&B - nur B mit Küche!!!

Fijne plek!

Omdat de andere kamer niet geboekt was, had ik alle voorzieningen voor mezelf. Dat was heel fijn. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en het dakterras een rustige plek om te zitten en te eten. Supervriendelijke gastvrouw. Comfortabel bed en alles heel proper.

De kamer is wat donker en de badkamer vrij klein. Maar er is wel optimaal gebruik gemaakt van de ruimte.

Perfekt für einen Trip nach Brügge

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer unter dem Dach, sehr sauber und top ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche mit Dachterrasse, sogar mit Kaffee. Kostenlose Fahrräder und herzliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Rad sind wir 12 min in die Stadt geradelt-perfekte Lage:-).

Wir waren zu kurz da :-)
