A lovely place with a lovely host.

The location was marvellous, set by the river, with easy access to the picturesque village of Clecy and walking trails. The house is furnished and decorated in a style appropriate to its age and function, which some might think dated but was to me atmospheric. The host was charming and helpful. We have. Booked all the accommodation for a week’s walking with our Ramblers group.

A cosy and lofty place with lots of water and greens in the touristic heart of the Swiss Normandy.

The breakfast was good w/ lots of different breads, juice, coffee or tea to choose from. WLan decent. We liked a lot the several green areas and gardens surrounding the house. We also enjoyed the river directly passing the house. Nice little town with diverse facilities nearby.

Lovely location with river walks.

Excellent location and very good breakfasts. Very interesting place to stay being an old mill by the river and with extensive gardens. Very quiet and several restaurants within a few minutes walk. Clecy very quiet but with a small supermarket and boulangerie.

Room somewhat tired and not serviced each day. Narrow and steep stairs. No fire escape other than the stairs.

To be recommanded during and after the pandemic !

We enjoyed the location of the building, right in the middle of the Suisse Normande. The landlady was very nice with us, clear and helpfull with our questions and requests. The room was really clean and totally what we expected for a one night stay. The facilities such as the bathroom were satisfying. During the welcome and the breakfast, the precautions were taken regarding to the health pandemic, the health protocol was well followed and well explained. The place is to be recommanded.

El desayuno que nos prepararon en el comedor junto al ventanal del rio fue absolutamente fantástico. El baño y la habitación a lo años 50, moqueta y telas coloridas fue genial. Además de que el baño mantenga la bañera y no los aburridos platos de ducha. El paseo por los jardines en la mañana es fantastico.

L’authenticité de l’endroit et la gentillesse de l’hôte. Certes, la décoration n’est pas moderne mais c’est aussi bien, c’est très propre et les lits sont confortables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le cadre est superbe et à deux pas des restos et de l’Orme. Le petit déjeuner est généreux. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
