Steigenberger Aqua Magic, All inclusive

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very comfortable, and my kids had an amazing vacation. The restaurants offered a great variety of food, and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. My niece and I celebrated our birthdays during our stay, and the surprise decorations and treats in our rooms made it extra special. A special thank you to Ms. Madona for her exceptional hospitality. We look forward to coming back!

The only minor downside was that personal toiletries, such as toothpaste, were not provided in the room initially. However, as soon as we informed the staff, they delivered them immediately. Their prompt response and excellent service were truly appreciated.

Every one was cooperative regarding any problem. Whatever your needs you will fullfill it

Normally we wouldn’t stay in an all inclusive as we are a couple with no kids and we would normally stay 5 star boutique hotels or adult only larger hotels; on this vacation We were 4 adults & 4 kids and we booked here for the kids ; we had 2 family suits and it was absolutely great plenty room lost of wardrobe space and spacious bathroom with a great shower : It was a fantastic trip and the kids absolutely loved it and we enjoyed the overall experience; The majority of the staff were extremely friendly & helpful and having all inclusive with the kids was great as was plenty snacks and drinks all day for them ; The chief at the burger bar at lunch time should really have some help he was so efficient but feel a bit sad for him as most days he was on hes own doing everything; Also a suggestion would be to have a sign up saying if people are rude or shouting at staff they will be asked to leave as the poor guy doing eggs at breakfast one morning was treated so terrible by such a rude aggressive woman as it was after 10.30am and he was finishing and the abuse she gave him was not acceptable . I said to him just give her my eggs and she was still shouting at him as I walked away; You have great staff and they should not have to tolerate this abuse and be protected against such disgusting behaviour.

Would have liked to use spa more but the prices were so ridiculously high so the adults only had one spa day which is a shame as if the prices were lower we would have had daily visits; Their is a dusty feel to floors in corridors but can expect this being in a desert however you don’t get this in Dubai : Also the bedding some days were not good quality however during our stay 8 days we were telephoned to ask how everything was with our stay !! The food overall was very good except the oriental restaurant needs reviewing by management;

Good food choices. Nice room size.

To over crowded, no space around the pools. Restaurant always packed, tables dirty. Kids disco didn’t cater for all children. Staff were unfriendly.
