The Beach is awesome clean sandy ,wide with crystalline water and not crowded .I only had breakfast and it was delicious with many varieties. The sea view from my room was so marvelous. Although it was a short stay due my daughter's school I really have enjoyed it. The staff was really helpful and doing their bests to serve Guests especially Mr. AbdelRahman and Mr. Remon.

Disappointing Experience Despite a Clean Hotel
We stayed at this hotel with an all-inclusive package, but unfortunately, we were surprised to find that many services and drinks were not included and required extra payment. This goes against the very concept of "all-inclusive" and feels misleading to guests.
Even freshly squeezed juice was not included — in a 5-star hotel, is juice considered such a luxury that all-inclusive guests can’t enjoy it?
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I do not recommend this hotel in terms of value for money or service. Definitely not an experience I would repeat.
