    I stayed at this hotel in March on a very cold night and there was no heating and no hot water to wash with. Very poor!

    I booked this hotel due to price it wasnt bad for what I paid and the location was great for being close to Victoria Station. The hotel wasnt like the pictures very dated. And there was also no breakfast included it is almost like the hotel has changed hands or the pictures are old ones from back in the day. If your just looking for somewhere to get your head down and being in a central location but not paying over the odds here is the place.

    My experience was quite disappointing. The property is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station. I would not recommend staying here if you have large or heavy luggage. There is no lift, and my room was on the top floor. It was impossible for me to carry my suitcase all the way up, so I had to leave it at the reception. Any loss would be my own responsibility, which didn't make me feel comfortable leaving my belongings there. The room also does not have air conditioning, only a small fan. Since I stayed during the summer, the room became very hot and uncomfortable. The only way to get fresh air was to open the window, but the window area was covered in dust and dirt, making it unpleasant to keep it open. There were also a few maintenance issues. The TV was not working, and the bathroom light kept flickering on and off. On the positive side, the bed linens and bathroom amenities were clean, which I appreciated. Overall, the hotel wasn't terrible, but it did not meet my expectations. Considering the lack of basic comfort and the inconvenience of carrying luggage upstairs, I wouldn't choose to stay here again or recommend it to travelers, especially those with large suitcases or travel with elderly
