Loved the pool and the property, the restaurant and the breakfast. Really peaceful and beautiful
That the menus where covered in a plastic folder and one member of staff during dinner time gave us bad service.

We loved the location, the atmosphere, pool area, spacious rooms, Tania and Maria were excellent hosts/staff. Tania is adorable. The pool area is something out of this world. The greenery around you is breathtaking. Food was amazing. We had breakfast everyday, lunch once and dined once...Always good. 👍
Trees in the parking area need some trimming and is difficult for cars to pass without scratching the roof. The lighting/power in the room wasn't stable (affected the TV and AC). Wifi non existent (but we managed with 4g reception) The AC isn't that effective but during the night becomes comfortable

The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Tania! The scenery is outstanding. Really great food, both breakfast and dinner. The pool area is great and safe as well.
The only thing i did not like is that there is poor/no wifi. I had no wifi in the room, and nowadays wifi is a necessity, not a want.

Staff were fantastic and welcoming. Lovely room. Close to Taormina and Etna, but quiet and secluded. Easy to locate. Nice home cooked meals and breakfast, with a choice.
No WiFi in the rooms, just the common areas. No pool towels available.
