Lost Lisbon :: Cais House

We loved the room, high ceilings and spacious. It is quiet and clean room. We loved the living room as well which is the common area. Great for have rest during the day. Breakfast was great because there is a lot of stuff in the kitchen like ham, cheese, jam, yoghurt, fruits etc. You can also make omlette/eggs for yourself as you want. They do the dishes. The only thing, you prepare your plate yourself. The bathroom is huge. You can lock the bathroom with the same key with room. You can leave your backpack to living room if you checked out early. We loved our stay totally recommended.

The seperated bathroom was a bit tiring if you stay long. But it is spacious and clean. Even bathrobes have been provided for your comfort.

Fantastic bedroom, with a large communal lounge Breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed it each morning João was very helpful throughout

Lovely wooden floored and shutters room with high ceilings and right in the action. Only 100m from the front.

Bathroom is separate, it is lovely but would be nicer if adjoining room. Breakfast was help yourself which was good in some ways but felt like a hostel

Well, almost everything that I didn't like was there in the description. So I should blame myself rather, but I definitely will not be returning. (1) The concept of having your private bath that you need to reach by exiting your room and crossing a common corridor isn't very appealing. (2) The rooms are facing a street with a very noisy traffic. (3) It's not that the location of the hotel building is awful, but any direction you chose to walk 5 minutes away from the hotel brings you to a much nicer place.
