    Beautiful room . Gorgeous linens and the most comfortable bed ever. Spotless , convenient and steps away from Pink Street and the Chiago waterfront . Joann went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and that of my little dog, Josephine.

    originally booked this place for two days, but after staying there, I extended my booking for another three days. That alone explains my experience. The people working here are truly kind and welcoming, and they help you with a genuine smile, not just out of duty. The atmosphere of the place feels calm and comfortable. The room was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. The service was smooth and consistent throughout my stay. I felt relaxed, comfortable, and well taken care of. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good and peaceful stay.

    I really feel bad giving 3 stars for this hotel. Communication was excellent prior to our . I was so shocked rhe reviews didn’t mention about how dirty the surrounding area is. Trash is everywhere, broken glasses from beer bottles left on the street right outside the hotel left by people partying until 5 am. The level of noise is unbelievable although the hotel did a good job of installing sound proof windows.
