Alllll!!! Great hotel. The food ar restaurants is delicious. The pool is great. The animations are great. The rooms are bigs, comfortables and nice. The suits on the waters are really Waooowww...
2 things must get attention!
1. Check in too long (1 hour to fet the room...) - yes, they apologies and says it was not ok.
2. The sargasses at the beach. I am NOT an expert and I don't know what can be done. But it is really NOT OK, to leave it like tgat and clean a bit some times... not even once a day!!!. It must change!!!
A 5 starts expenssive hotel MUST be able to keep a beach suitable to swimm and rest on the beach. It was sticking!!!
